How often should I wash my human hair extensions?
Depending on use, you can wash it whenever you think its necessary. It is advised to wash it with paraben-free shampooes and conditioners.Gently brush and detangle after conditioner has been used. Avoid bedtime with wet hair (make a braid or pony tail ). It is very important not to pull or tug you hair extensions for a better preservation of the hair.
I have washed wavy/ curly wefts and now they look different... what can i do?
There are some leave-in (no rinse) conditioners that you can use after washing it, to make your wefts look exactly as you first got them. When the hair is still wet (towel dried) put the conditioner in the palm of your hands and gently apply it all over the hair. After that, press it upwards trying to pronounce and recover the natural waves or curls . We do not advise the use of blow dryers as this will only make the hair to look fluffy or frizzy.
Can i curl or do waves to my straight hair?
Of course, this is natural human hair, once you wash them they will recover their natural state.
However, we do not advise the use of any type of heating or chemicals in hair, like straighteners, steam curlers or relaxers as the use of any will only damage hair extensions.
I use lighter / blonde shades can i get that color?
Most of our wefts are naturally dark, like black and brown in light or dark shades (# 2,4,6 or 7 ). However, there are some lighter wefts we may have on stock, please let us know what do you need first, as we don't do exact special colors or send exact shades (specially when orders are in bulk).Bleaching is only made when we have a special order ( you need to contact our seller).

It is important to mention that each of our wefts has an exhaustive work of matching colors, styles and drawing hair to make a wide weft with no flaws and no shedding.

How long does shipping usually take?
Most of our deliveries are made through DHL or FedEx, with the express service. It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to America , 5 to 7 days to the rest of the world (delivery deadlines are stipulated by the courier not the company).
From the moment you placed the order and paid the company will have 3 days to prepare and ship the packet, if it happens to be low stock, the seller will contact and let the client know what are the incidences and the time this will take ( this is why it is important for online store clients to leave their mails or cell phone numbers where to contact you).

Do products have a return policy or exchange policy?
HUMAN HAIR ARG. keeps strict standards for hair quality. Items are very well inspected before being packed and shipped. Due to our products origin (hygienic products) no items opened, worn, bleached, dyed or washed can be the source of claim for a refund or return, all of our sales are deemed final. Only exceptions will be considered within no more than 5 days after getting the hair delivered. Replacements shipment will go on the clients behalf if agreed or will be sent (for regular clients) in next order, no more than 100 or 200 grs will be sent each shipment (if the seller considers there is clear evidence the hair was bad). WE DON’T SELL PER COLOR AND NO EXACT LENGTHS CAN BE SEND AS WE WORK WITH NATURAL HAIR AND ITS VERY HARD TO HAVE EXACT LENGTHS OR EXACT COLORS, MOST OF OUR COLORS ARE DARK SHADES IN BLACK OR BROWN. ONLY SOME EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE FOR SPECIFIC ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY TALKED TO OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVES, FOR INSTANCE A LIGHT COLOR HAIR/WEFT, A BLEACHED HAIR/WEFT OR CURLY PERMED HAIR/WEFT.
